Formed in 2003, ESAero has served the needs of the engineering industry through its work on entrepreneurial concept development, aircraft modifications, military and commercial conceptual air vehicle designs, sub-scale technology demonstrators, hybrid propulsion system research and development, and niche engineering support. ESAero has been described as an "Advanced Design Group to Advanced Design Groups".
